Subtly entertaining

Giggled on the inside, and inspired on the out.
Thouroughly enjoyed the double rainbow scene. admirable and clever.
Your animating talent seems to only improve, and not just in small ammounts. Your style oozes future potential toward a successful career. You're attention to planning and detail is somewhat superhuman.
And somehow, on top of all that, you manage to do what most seem to struggle with. Appealing to such a diverse range of audience must be difficult, even if all was unintentional.
Such a swift kick to the crotch of competition.

As far as dress up games go, i guess this is fairly solid.
Upon comparison among the other generic, mildly entertaining dressing sims, this seems to have a slight edge. Even then. With that said, the music is repetitive, not so keen on the lack of variety and there is obvious room for other improvements.
Next time, if you do decide to revisit this idea. Make sure it's a bit more appealing and to try and set yourself apart from others. More unique, innovative etc. The quality of the animation and characters shows that you are quite capable of doing so. But for what it's worth, it did manage to provide me with 5 minutes of amusement.

What?

What is wrong with people? Poor graphics? No motive? Screen too small?

It's a classic video game style. 8 bit is amazing. It's not supposed to be over the top with 3-dimensional special effects. In my opinion, i thought the author stayed true to this specific style and managed to pulled it off swiftly.
Appreciate an art form.

No motive? Obviously you didn't bother to spend an extra, 5 or so seconds to try and figure it out. It's not that difficult. If you're one of the many who just open portal submissions for the sake of save/blam points and don't take the time to actually care enough to thoroughly critique. Don't waste the author's time with an unnecessarily negative review.

Screen too small? The title of this game is "PocketZeldaStationAdvent" - (POCKET ZELDA!) Honestly. For 3 hours worth of work, this is fairly impressive.
Why is it so hard to understand the contention of this submission?

Well i personally, enjoyed it quite a bit.
Overall. Inviting, pleasant and amusing. Very nice way to pass a bit of time.

Yehhh, it is interesting enough to keep me playing for a short time. But there's just so much that you could do to take it further. Upgrades, more appealing artwork, medals etc but yeh. Fairly original and innovative idea. Many opportunities have been missed though. This has the potential to be quite the winner ;D

You're animation may be terrible..

But this is quite the opposite.
Fairly impressive and manages to imply some serious talent.
I do hope that you eventually do make an effort to make something worth not only your while, but that of others too.
